RTR is a ground-up residence constructed as a perfect equilateral triangle. The house floats just above the ground, with the entirety of its structure defined by its two roof planes and a floating floor plane.
Inside, the entire ceiling is clad with marine-grade plywood, sitting above a thin concrete floor. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are all rendered in black on the exterior of their volume, and white on the interior. Above the kitchen-bathroom-bedroom space is a loft area, which can be used as an additional bedroom or a flex office, accessible by a black spiral stair. The front and rear of the structure are clad in glass, with large overhangs for additional covered outdoor space. The rear deck even features a sunken hot tub for outdoor lounging, with views into the heart of the forest and ravine beyond.
